1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the BizAut AI website and any AI agent services we provide ("Services"). BizAut AI is an AI agent studio based in Bengaluru, India. By using our website or booking a demo, you agree to these terms.
2. The Services
We design, build and operate AI agents for social media automation, AI calling and custom workflows. The exact scope, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a proposal or order form agreed with you in writing.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and content you provide, for the accounts and channels you connect to our agents, and for making sure your use of the Services complies with applicable laws, platform rules and the consent requirements for calls and messages in your market.
4. AI output
AI agents generate content and responses automatically. We configure and monitor them, but you should review material that carries legal, financial or medical consequences before it is relied upon. You can pause or change an agent at any time.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are charged as agreed in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work on your agent has started. Prices shown on our pricing page are starting points and may change for new customers with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your brand, content and data. We keep ownership of the underlying tools, templates and know-how we use to build your agents. The BizAut AI name, logo and website content belong to BizAut AI.
7. Data protection
How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizAut AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice as set out in the applicable proposal. We may suspend access immediately if these terms are seriously breached.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
